Long Live Texas! Dr Pepper was invented in Waco in 1885. The Dublin Dr Pepper, 85 miles west of Waco, still uses pure imperial cane sugar in its product. There is no period after the Dr in Dr Pepper.

Die hard Packer fan! The “Indian Packers” were established in 1919 by Curly Lambeau and George Calhoun. They were sponsored by the Indian Packing Company. When the company was sold in 1921 to Acme Packing Company, the team changed to “Acme Packers”.
