There are those among us who believe that Leadership comes from Power, Position or Prestige. Leadership is a title that is bestowed upon us only after years of hard work.
I believe leadership is better defined by influence. We are leaders to those whom we have influence over. That being said, are we not all leaders within our sphere of influence?
This week’s The Better Way Challenge is to think of a person you know who may not have the title of leader, but who emulates leadership though their positive influence on others.
